As the economic and financial engine of Canada, Toronto has been saddled with high living costs, inefficient administration, congestion, and lack of long-term vision to stay competitive in the face of uncertainties arisen in the recent years.
In fact, more and more middle-class families are falling behind.If elected, I will lean on my decades of political experience to leverage more resources from provincial and federal governments for Toronto and attract more investment to create more jobs in Scarborough North. City Hall can be more pragmatic, fiscally prudent, inclusive and serve taxpayers better.

Track Record of Delivering Results
Introduced the Licensed Home Inspectors Act (Bill 165) in February 2016, pushing for mandatory licensing, education standards, and ethics for home inspectors. The Ontario government subsequently drafted its own legislation, and the Home Inspection Act, 2017 passed, establishing licensing, mandatory contracts, and a code of conduct for the industry
